EXPERIENCE
Termoelektro Ltd. Brčko is proud to present its own Welding School and Training Center for the future welders. The company Termoelektro LTD. Brčko, for more than 15 years, has been relying on internal training of welders and metal workers, and, as the time passes, the need for these deficient occupations is growing. Precisely because of the problems caused by the fluctuation of such deficit staff, Termoelektro LTD. Brčko started its own Welding School, a place where candidates for the working position “welder” are trained.
The main goal of the Welding school
We recognized the fact that quality welders are necessary for quality welding activities. Through our training system, we provide to candidates: professional training and improvement of knowledge and skills about welding.
Until today, we have successfully trained more than 150 candidates for MMA, MIG/MAG and TIG welding procedures.
Dedicated to Quality
Training and further training
Our main focus is exclusively on training and further training of welders employed in the company Termoelektro. Our welder training introduces candidates to the ways and principles of work, mode, parameters and techniques of precise performing MMA, MIG/MAG and TIG welding procedures.
The candidate has opportunity to acquire knowledge about basic and additional materials, the possibilities of welding non-alloyed, alloyed and stainless basic materials, in order to prepare as best as possible for the assembly and difficult welding conditions in the field.
Training system
Through our Welding school, we provide professional training and improvement of knowledge and skills. We strive, not only to provide technical skills, but also to develop an understanding of the specific welding requirements in the industry. Our welding instructors follow the latest techniques and technologies, in order to provide the best training to the future welders.
Our instructors
The training is conducted by highly skilled instructors, who work under the supervision of an international welding engineer. Welder training consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the candidate gets to know the basics of welding. After the theoretical part, the candidate moves on to the practical part, where, with the help of the instructor, he welds independently.
Certification
Certification is performed according to international standards. At the end of each training or additional training, candidates get the final certification of the trained welder, according to internationally recognized standards, including DIN EN ISO 9606-1; AD 2000-HP3; PED 2016/68/EU.
