Termoelektro Ltd. Br\u010dko is proud to present its own Welding School <\/strong>and Training<\/strong> Center <\/strong>for the future welders. The company Termoelektro LTD. Br\u010dko, for more than 15 years, has been relying on internal training of welders and metal workers<\/strong>, and, as the time passes, the need for these deficient occupations is growing. Precisely because of the problems caused by the fluctuation of such deficit staff, Termoelektro LTD. Br\u010dko started its own Welding School, a place where candidates for the working position \u201cwelder\u201d are trained.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

We recognized the fact that quality welders are necessary for quality welding activities. Through our training system, we provide to candidates: professional training<\/strong> and improvement of knowledge and skills about welding.<\/p>

Our main focus is exclusively on training and further training of welders employed in the company Termoelektro. Our welder training introduces candidates to the ways and principles of work, mode, parameters and techniques of precise performing MMA, MIG\/MAG and TIG welding procedures.<\/p>

The candidate has opportunity to acquire knowledge about basic and additional materials, the possibilities of welding non-alloyed<\/strong>, alloyed<\/strong> and stainless basic materials<\/strong>, in order to prepare as best as possible for the assembly and difficult welding conditions in the field<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The training is conducted by highly skilled instructors<\/strong>, who work under the supervision of an international welding engineer<\/strong>. Welder training consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the candidate gets to know the basics of welding. After the theoretical part, the candidate moves on to the practical part, where, with the help of the instructor, he welds independently.<\/p><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
